Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 2â3 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- œ cup capsicum, finely chopped
- Œ cup grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- œ tsp black pepper
- Butter for greasing
- 1 cup Natible Spinach Chilla Mix (prepared into smooth batter)
Method

Prepare the Filling:

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green chillies, onion, capsicum, cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and keep aside.

Make the Base Chilla:

Heat a toaster or non-stick pan and grease lightly with butter.

Spread a thin layer of Natible Spinach Chilla Mix evenly to form the base.

Add the Filling:

Once the chilla is half cooked, spread the prepared veggie-cheese filling on top.

Cover it with another thin layer of chilla batter.

Toast Till Crispy:

Cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.

Serve Hot:

Cut into halves and serve with fresh green chutney or ketchup.
