We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange.

Any initiation of return must be made within 72 hours of receiving the item, along with a clear unboxing video describing the issue, for approval.
Eligibility for Returns or Refund
- Damages and issues : Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do make an unboxing video at the time you receive the product in a damaged condition and send it to us immediately for approval.
- Product related issues : If the product looks spoiled due to the natural nature of the product (which happens rarely).
- Only items purchased through this website our eligible for any exchange or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
